Piper Secure is an independent cybersecurity advisory firm operating under Kirchberg LLC. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the Request an Assessment form we receive your name, title, company, email, phone number and anything you write in the message field.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only if you log in or leave a comment.
How we use it
We use form submissions only to respond to your request and to prepare for a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that run this website and our email (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
Retention and security
Requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, then deleted. Access is limited to the people who need it, and administrative accounts are protected with strong authentication.
